The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held, and efforts to adjust and optimize epidemic prevention and control measures were implemented. Throughout the year, we have worked together, hand-in-hand, overcoming challenges one by one, and marching forward towards success. As the year comes to a close, we are proud to witness the growing vitality and prosperity of our economy and society reflected in the thriving streets and alleys of Chaoyang District.

At this moment, regardless of whether you are happily reunited with your family, on your way home, or still hard at work, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your dedication and hard work throughout the past year. Your unwavering support for the work of Chaoyang District, as well as your valuable contributions to the new journey we are embarking on, are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed.

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has outlined a grand blueprint for building a modern socialist country and promoting the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the restoration of normal production and living order, Chaoyang District will continue to support and ensure that enterprises can resume work and production, and continue to unleash the production vitality of various market entities. In the new year, we will continue to deeply integrate into the construction of the Capital International Communication Center, speed up the construction of the fourth embassy district, optimize the international business environment, and build the 2.0 International Venture Capital Cluster. All of these efforts are aimed at creating a more favorable environment for the development of talents and enterprises in Chaoyang District.

The talent work in Chaoyang District is also prepared for the exciting coming year. We will work to integrate resources throughout the district and open a new page of progress in the development of talent work. We will steadily promote the implementation of the \"Phoenix Plan\" to establish a more scientific and reasonable hierarchical classification of talents and accreditation standards, combined with the needs of the regional industrial development direction to achieve precise recruitment of talents. We will expand the talent development platform, hold the Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Conference, and establish ourselves as the ideal destination for outstanding talents to launch their successful startup projects.We will resume organizing talent-related activities and through platforms such as the Chaoyang International Talent Club, National Conditions Training Class, and Phoenix School, we will facilitate more opportunities for meetings, communications, and exchanges between talent workers and talents. With a focus on addressing pain points and meeting the needs of our talents, we will provide convenient and efficient services and support for all kinds of talents in the district. Our goal is to be an intimate, caring, warm-hearted, and attentive partner to all talents and friends.
